Start your day with a refreshing movement and stretch on the Moundville lawn! On May 28 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. we’ll have an all-levels outdoor class, led by a local instructor, that blends gentle movement with nature. The class features a blend of gentle flow pilates. Bring a yoga mat or towel and join us for a mindful session.
Free with park admission. Please note: Since this is a special event, Moundville residents will need to pay admission during the time of the program.
The Instructor will be Dominique Bodoh, who is a PHD student in anthropology at The University of Alabama and from the Menominee Tribe of Wisconsin.
