Here’s how it works: mix and match cookies, brownies, and donuts for the top and bottom of your sandwich, then pick from more than 13 flavors of ice cream as your filling, add whatever toppings you would like and voila! We’ve got great news! The newest ice cream parlor, Frost Bite, will be opening in Tuscaloosa just in time for the hottest months of the year. Frost Bite is a Tuscaloosa locally owned ice cream shop specializing in Roll Ice cream and Nitrogen Ice cream. For all of the chocolate lovers out there, one item on their menu is a chocolate based roll ice cream topped with whipped cream and oreos, all drizzled with hot fudge.
