A weekly adaptive movement class on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for those with disabilities (intellectual / developmental disabilities, autism disorders, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and other. Class will have a range of activities each week, from dancing, sports, and games to challenges, obstacle courses, and yoga. We accommodate all ages by hosting two separate classes. Ages 4-16 on Tuesday’s at 4:30 and ages 16+ on Thursday’s at 4:30. The class takes place at The YMCA of Tuscaloosa and the cost is $25 monthly (4 classes) or $8 per class.
