Celebrate culture, community, and creativity at the 9th Annual WAMA Fest on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 12–4 p.m. at the Tuscaloosa River Market. Hosted by WAMA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the richly diverse cultural heritage of people of color throughout West Alabama, this vibrant festival brings the community together for an afternoon of live entertainment, local vendors, art, food, and family-friendly fun.
As we commemorate 250 years of America, WAMA Fest highlights the powerful contributions, traditions, and stories that continue to shape our region.
