Best Photo Ops
Tuscaloosa is full of picture-perfect spots you won’t want to miss during your Bama Bound visit. Start at the iconic Tuska Statue on the northwest corner of Bryant-Denny Stadium, then walk over to the “Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium” sign on the north entrance along University Boulevard for a classic photo.

A short walk away, Denny Chimes is another must-see. The bells ring every hour, and you can catch the alma mater at noon, making it a meaningful and beautiful backdrop. Just across the street, you’ll find the stunning President’s Mansion, home to Dr. Stuart Bell, where it’s not uncommon to see him greeting students on the balcony in the mornings.

For scenic views, head to the Tuscaloosa Riverwalk, a 4.5-mile stretch along the Black Warrior River. For the best sunset photos, check out the Western Riverwalk for the most picturesque views.

Before you leave, stop by the Randall Welcome Center and capture the new immersive audio-visual experience that brings the energy of a Bryant-Denny Stadium game day to life. No Bama Bound experience is complete without this stop!

No matter how you spend your time in Tuscaloosa, you will quickly see what makes this city feel like home. From your first coffee run to a bite downtown, every stop is part of the experience. Take it all in, explore a little, and enjoy every moment. Your Tuscaloosa story may start with Bama Bound, but it is just getting started.
