That Turtle Place is a public educational sanctuary focused on turtles! They inform visitors about their ecological importance, the challenges they face worldwide, and promote proper captive husbandry practices. Guests will have the chance to visit their Turtle & Reptile Zoo, which is home to 150+ rescued and surrendered turtles and tortoises, as well as an accessible and short trail on the property! Please check their social media pages for most current information, but That Turtle Place is open Thursday through Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
